Want to upload a file with multiline header

I've got a csv file with a number of header rows (about 10) before the main table. If there is a way to skip these then it wasn't obvious to me when doing the drag-n-drop step

Hi Mark! We currently don't support multiline headers. If feasible, the easiest workaround is to upload a copy of the file with the extra header lines removed.
